Documentary maker Sioned Wyn visited us at Tŷ Hafan to explore a groundbreaking initiative which gets fathers talking.
The Dads Group is an inspirational group of men whose purpose is to be there for each other while they deal with the demands of 24/7 care for a child with a life-limiting condition or the pain of bereavement.
But instead of a traditional formal group therapy setting, the men - who come from all across Wales - communicate with each other on social media, evenings out at the pub or sports events.
If you tend to ask "How's Mum?" and not "How's Dad?" when a family is facing tough times, take a listen to the following BBC Radio Wales documentary where the dads open up and talk about why the group is so important to them.
